I want to make sure my clients always have the best experience possible in any hotel they may travel to. To do that, I need to know everything I can about every hotel that I can! I can’t get to every hotel every year, and sometimes the experience changes. It also can be different for two people at the same hotel. To do my best for my clients I need to know the details, the good, the bad, the tricks!
